Rosemarie`s personal philosophy
Correct nutrition: I nourish myself through Indian courts and eat only
one mark on the day (either at noon or evening), and also only so much which I
am full and NO to full that I can`t move my body!
much rice - vegetabiles - potatoes - correct spices and fresh sweet herbs (Biriyani spice, Cheyenne
pepper, Curcuma, Yogurt, 5 - 7 green Chilis in each warm meal becomes
Luxury: no alcohol (very rare a glass red wine), no cigarettes
for the thirst and small hunger: Fruit, yogurt of beverages (Mango Lassi), water and mineral water (up to 4 litre each day), Ayurveda tea or Indian Masala Chai
Work - Out: daily a few minutes bicycle (stands with me in the house) several times on the day gymnastic exercises for legs, belly & torso, from time to time jogging, each second week are sweat into the Sauna (make I are for that 11 year on with longer tracing between them), release the entire upper and lower respiratory System
Massage: daily I give myself a massage so far it go with cold or warm Sesam Oil (feet - hands - necks - head - face)
Hygiene: during the bad- or showertime I rubbed my body with special peeling gloves. Counteracts Cellulitis, Orange Skin also for a better blood circulation.
1-2 times in the Year I - to detoxicate the body - did not eat anything, only drink 4 - 5 litre at a day, that for 5-9 days a long (or part of fast - I eat just one time a day most in the evening, and under the day I drink Ayurveda Tea or India Chai and that 2 Month a long).
Sleep: I used to go to sleep around 4 o`clock in
the morning, and I sleep only 4 to 6 hours -
no longer, if... so I have a problem with the remaining day.
